The Johannesburg office of the company in which I work has been hard hit by the cold and flu. Yesterday two colleagues stayed at home, one left early, another one came late but slogged through the day, despite feeling under the weather. In addition the S.O* had the beginnings of the cold, and the Female Parental Unit is sick. So if I am bed ridden this weekend from illness, I shall not be surprised.

It really has been one nightmarish winter. Take care hun... I've had the flu twice already and it has not been fun (hey that rhymes :D)
Seriously though, almost everyone I know has been really sick at some point or another. Pump up on vitamins and make sure you're eating and sleeping well ;)
