As work slows down to a snail's pace, I bid a happy farewell to my little cubicle. And to cyberspace too, even if it is only for a week.
May everyone enjoy the HO HO HO season and find happiness in the materialistic rewards it brings.
Adieu to 2006 - you have been both a friend and foe.
And as a fresh year begins, with clean diaries and calendars, my hope is that by the end of the year, it is all filled with heart warming memories and valuable life lessons for everyone.
2007 - I am ready for you.
Bring it on!

We Are the Champions (again)
Half a Night With Ali
Night + Rain (x Popcorn) = Movie time
This simple equation roughly translates into a damn good night.
With the sound of pelting rain on the windows and the crunch of popcorn in my ears I still managed to hear some of the dialog from Ali.
After enjoying a sleeping pill induced brain fog, I surrendered into the onto the blackness of a dreamless slumber .
Sorry Mohamed, maybe better luck next time.

My new love
The sound of idle cars - bah humbug!
Tangible frustration of fellow motorists - no more.
Wishing you were elsewhere - not during December.
Traffic - hardly.
It is easy to fall in love again this month...
...with Johannesburg.
What a pity the coast hoggers return too soon.
